Full Time –  3 pm – 11 pm
Part Time – 7am – 3 pm & 3 pm – 11 pm & 11 pm – 7 am

Weekend Only CNA – work three (3) 7.5 hour weekend evening shifts every weekend. Receive a “weekend evening no-benefit” differential in the amount of $6.00/hour in addition to the employee’s base rate of working the weekend evening shifts.

Job Requirements:

• Education – A minimum of an accredited school of nursing and/or college degree
• Experience- A minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse
• The ability to coordinate and communicate in a multidisciplinary setting
• Ability to appropriately supervise and delegate responsibilities to others
• A current New York State Registered Nurse License
• Supervisory Responsibility – Supervising all nursing unit RNs, LPNs, CNAs and dayroom aides employees in Director of Nursing and Administrators absence

Job Description:

• Keeps Director of Nursing aware of nursing activities
• Completes required written work including, but not limited to, attendance cards, staffing sheets, nursing office narcotic count
• Gives and receives nursing office 24 hour report
• Attends required education in the facility and assures nursing staff completes the required education
• Follows infection control, safety and corporate compliance policies and procedures
• Maintains a professional attitude and is respectful of others
• Completes other duties as assigned
