CNA
The Certified Nurse Assistant will assist the professional and licensed nurses to carry out the nursing care plan and provide quality care to residents.
LPNÂ
Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for per diem, part time and full time LPN’s on days, evenings, and night shifts. The Licensed Practical Nurse will supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with the facility’s policies and procedures, and assess resident care needs.
RN StaffÂ
Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for full time RN’s for our Rehabilitation Unit for Days, Evenings, and Nights. The Staff Nurse position is to follow the facility’s policies and procedures in administering medications in an accurate, timely manner; implement treatment plans; and perform the wound care of residents. The Staff Nurse may at times act as a team leader, assist the Charge Nurse and/or provide total hands-on resident care. The Staff Nurse will follow resident care plans to assure quality care is given.
Community Liaison
The Community Liaison position is responsible for reviewing and completing assessments on referrals made to our facility for both long-term care and rehabilitation stays. This position requires at least one year of experience in a geriatric medical field, with a degree in one of the following: Nursing, LPN/RN, Social Work, or related field. Must be able to obtain credentialing at referral hospitals in order to screen potential admissions.
 Graduate Practical Nurse
The Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN) must have graduated from an accredited nursing training program and will work under the direction of the nurse manager or registered nurse and follow specific care plans, perform a broad range of nursing functions including administering of medications and other related protocols and assignments. The GPN will also maintain various records and reports reflecting care given such as nursing notes and other matters that are a part of unit procedures.
Unit Manager
The Unit Manager position should have a minimum of 3 years nursing experience, previous managerial experience, and previous long term care experience. The Unit Manager maintains current knowledge of and ensures compliance with all regulatory and professional standards of care for CMS, State, and BHNRC TCU unit. This position will collaborate with the DON to establish nursing care standards and evaluate staff compliance as well as establish protocols affecting the patients plan of care.
Nursing Supervisor
Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for per diem, part time days and evenings, and full time nights RN Nursing Supervisors. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of the nursing department. The Nursing Supervisor will assess, direct, and supervise resident care needs making unit rounds. This position will also cooperate with administration to assure efficient, cost-effective operation of the facility.
